Terms of use

parkweldon.org ("Park Weldon Stamp Book") is run by WeldonPC.com. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your book

A stamp book is opened by its private link. Anyone holding the link can see, change and delete the book, so share it only with people you trust. We cannot recover a book whose link is lost, and we cannot tell who holds a link.

Type only what you are happy to keep in the book: park names, dates, first names or nicknames, short notes. Do not type addresses, phone numbers, school names or anything sensitive about a child.

Outdoors

The site does not tell you where to go or whether a place is safe or open. Spotting cards are for looking: do not pick, touch, eat or approach plants, animals, ice or water, follow the park's own rules and keep children supervised.

The Family Pass

The Family Pass costs $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year (US dollars) and adds the features listed on the pricing page. During the preview there is no checkout and nothing is charged; every Pass feature is on for everyone. When payments open, the Pass is paid through PayPal and renews each period until you cancel in PayPal; it then runs to the end of the period already paid. If something goes wrong with a payment, write to WeldonPC through weldonpc.com/contact and we will put it right.

Fair use

Do not use the site to store content that is unlawful or about other people without their agreement, and do not try to break it or overload it. We may limit how many books or stamps one connection creates per day.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We take care to keep it running and backed up, but we do not promise it will always be available. Keep your own copy (the printed book or the CSV) of anything precious.

Changes

We may change these terms or the prices; a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
